1. Account Rules

- Accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee or closure

- Allowing minors or third parties to access or use your account
- Abuse of bonuses, promotions, or any other offers
- Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity
- Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to bypass geographic restrictions or access the platform from prohibited jurisdictions
3. Limitation of Liability
We provide our services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, technical errors, or third-party actions. Our maximum liability is limited to the net deposits made in the 30 days preceding any claim.
We do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or unforeseen outages may temporarily affect availability. We will endeavour to notify players of planned downtime in advance where possible.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform — including games, graphics, logos, and software — is protected by copyright and owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal process will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Maltese courts.
